Fleabag, is the first British show to win best comedy series at the Emmy Awards. Its an unfiltered adult comedy series adapted from the award-winning play about a young woman trying to cope with her self inflicted fucked up life. She is trouble maker all the way even if her intentions are right.. Insane, brutally funny and this is Brit humor at its best. Filled with very memorable characters, creative direction and a top notch performances from everyone involved, this one is clear winner. It amazing to see how the director packed so much of stuff in each of the 20 minutes episodes of both seasons. Every look and dialogue has a double meaning. Some of the stuff are utterly gross and it very difficult not to hate the Fleabag (Phoebe Waller-Bridge) character and she has nailed the weirdo character to perfection. Her emotional acting was much more powerful than dry-witted one. Fleabag is hilarious, edgy, realistic, emotional and its a total mess (in a good way). This dialogue fits the protagonist more and it goes like this I am not a bad women, I just have a bad personality, it's not my fault. Some people are born with fucked personalities. A well deserved Emmy Award for Phoebe Waller-Bridge and she hits the ball out of the park.
