This Andaman & Nicobar Epidemic is high on emotions and at the same time its a grim survival drama elevated by some solid performances. The Mysterious Illness narrative has lot to offer especially how humans adapt , evolve and questions the most fundamental thing on why we do what we do. Some of the episodes are very intense and some needs a cautious watching mood. This part drama,part mystery thriller will keep you invested through its layered story telling approach.
The character development adds a different layer to this story telling. The human response to crisis take a different turn after each episode. The creators added greed and selfish act seamlessly into this mix. The performance is a stand out. Nature wins no matter how hard you try to justify the act.
There are time i felt there was an overdose of sentiments, logical issues with narratives here and there and surely it did drag to make a point. It did test my patience after episode 5 for sure. Nevertheless a thought-provoking settings and a distinct script execution makes all the difference. The man vs nature conflict will go on but ultimately there is only one winner.
